Processing & Shipping Times
At Smooth Life, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS First-Class or Ground Advantage): 3-7 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high-order volumes.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Smooth Life is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped. If you experience issues with your shipment, please contact the carrier (USPS) directly. However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving any concerns.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future!
